We follow the health department recommendations at Entegra Health to ensure a high level of protection to our practitioners, you the client and our wider community. Below is our health centre cleaning policy.
Hand washing is required before and after each client contact. Wet and lather hands with soap, rub for 20 seconds under warm, clean, running water. Dry hands with disposable paper towel, use towel to turn off tap, open bin and/or open/close door handle of hand washing area.
Cleaning Of Sheets & Towels
All used sheets and towels are removed and laundered by our laundry company South Pacific Laundry. Clean linen is stocked ready for use in each room and replaced fresh for each client.
Disinfecting Tables and Equipment
Massage tables, bolsters, face pads and any other used equipment are cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant spray after every client. Door handles to the treatment rooms are cleaned after every client front and back.
All used cups are thoroughly washed/disinfected after each client.
Illnesses & Infections
Practitioners experiencing symptoms including sore throat, cough, chest pain and runny/blocked nose self isolate until they have been cleared by a medical practitioner.
Clients experiencing symptoms including sore throat, cough, chest pain and runny/blocked nose will not be treated until they have been cleared by a medical practitioner. All clients are required to follow health department recommendations regarding self isolation.
